Requirements:
- Outbound Call Center Temp to hire position Hours: Monday – Friday, 8PM – 5AM
- Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Providing outstanding customer service to all customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Data and order entry
- Handling a high volume of outbound calls
- Reaching out to customers regarding orders, deliveries, inquires, etc. Requirements:
- Clear and professional speaking voice/telephone manner
- Excellent customer service skills
- Bilingual a plus
- Proficiency in basic PC applications and MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to perform basic math skills
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Sound decision making skills
- Work well in a team environment
Fresh candidates: 15K-20K basic depending upon caliber.
Experience Candidates: 25K-45K Basic depending on experience/skills.
